Litigation/Insurance Defense: Representing businesses, individuals and municipalities who are being sued for personal injury or property damage resulting from automobile, premises liability or other types of accidents. Ms. Lee has experience in conducting all phases of the personal injury case including trial.
Personal Injury Plaintiff: Representing clients who have sustained serious injuries due to premises liability, automobile or other types of accidents in all phases of the litigation from pleadings to depositions through trial.
Subrogation: Prosecuting and defending lawsuits commenced by insurance carriers to recover property damage payments as a result of fire, flood, oil spills and other accidents.
Appellate Practice: Representing clients through the civil appeals process, including preparing of briefs and arguing before the Appellate Divisions throughout New York.
Liquor Licenses: Representing restaurants, hotels, catering facilities and bars in dealing with the New York State Liquor Authority, including preparing applications for liquor licenses and attending hearings on violations.
Kimberly lives in Poughkeepsie with her husband, Brian and their son, Carter. When she is not working, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, golfing and biking.
