Sean Kemp is an associate in McCabe & Mack LLP's Commercial Litigation Group.  He represents individuals, as well as small, mid-size and large businesses.  Sean's practice areas include:

Contract Litigation/Commercial Collections
Sean represents businesses and individuals in litigation pertaining to a wide range of contract disputes and commercial collection matters such as employment agreements, shareholder agreements, contracts for goods and/or services, real estate contracts, commercial lending, secured transactions, promissory notes and personal guarantees.

Residential and Commercial Construction Litigation/Mechanic's Liens
Sean represents contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, homeowners and landowners in litigation involving residential and commercial demolition, construction and renovation projects.  He also litigates mechanic's lien foreclosures and trust fund actions.

Land Ownership and Easement Disputes
Sean represents businesses and individuals in land ownership and easement disputes involving zoning and land use litigation, trespass and nuisance claims, adverse possession claims and partition actions.

Contract Negotiations/Business Transactions
Sean counsels clients on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, contract negotiations and business transactions.

Sean joined McCabe & Mack LLP in August of 2005.  Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate Soliciator for the Township of Cherry Hill, New Jersey.  He resides with his wife in Rhinebeck, New York.  Sean enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including soccer, fishing and boating as well as spending time with his family and friends.  He also enjoys being active in community based organizations.
